Nipperville Early Learning Centre Staff
We recognize that the quality and success of our centre's programs are reflective of our early childhood professional's dedication and commitment to the development of every child.
Each of our centres is managed by a Centre Manager who is responsible for the day to day operations of the service. We acknowledge that each individual brings with them knowledge, skills and experience that enhances their own teaching style and contributes to the diversity of our programs offered.
Our professionals are employed according to the Child Care Regulations relevant to each State and Territory. All of our staff have undergone relevant state police checks for working with children and hold current First Aid and CPR certificates.

Rebekkah Miller - Nipperville Centre Manager
Rebekkah Figura has worked in the childcare industry for over 5 years. She initially started working with school aged children and over the last 5 years moved into the early childhood field and then into the managerial position of Centre Manager at Nipperville Early Learning Centre.
Rebekkah holds a Diploma in Children Services and is currently studying towards her Bachelor of Education. In her current role Rebekkah believes that early childhood education is the most important education that children can receive as it shapes how they learn and who they are.
Kat Darlington - Nipperville Administration Officer
Kat has been working at Nipperville Early Learning Centre since January 2011 as the Administration Officer .
Kat holds a Degree in Community Education and Social Studies at Canberra University.Her role is varied and supportive of the Centre Manager,staff and families.
Her duties include maintaining childcare data,updating our social media, and waiting list.Kat also liaises with enrolled and waiting list families,manages accounts,compiles reports and the centres monthly e-news.
In the future Kat looks forward to strengthening Nipperville's relationships with families,staff members and the community.
